Grief Center ~ Caring Hands Hospice



Caring Hands Grief Center Caring Hands Grief Center is a service of Caring Hands Hospice and is the first of it's kind in Tuscaloosa. We offer children and family support services including clinical programs and community outreach. It is a unique program built especially for children and adolescents. Our center offers grief counseling for individuals up to 18 years of age who are dealing with issues of grief and death. Our services also encourage family involvement throughout the child’s journey. With three therapy rooms geared especially for children and adolescents, the Caring Hands Grief Center provides a safe place for children to grieve.

Who is eligible? Any child (0-18) facing a life limiting illness Any child facing loss or grief associated with death Parents or other adult caregivers
